What’s a warranty and why do I need one?
We’d all like to think our cars will never let us down. But unfortunately, the reality is sometimes a little different. No matter how well you maintain your car, components can still fail and result in costly repair bills.

A used vehicle warranty is a written guarantee covering a list of mechanical, electrical and electronic parts against sudden failure. It’s designed to pay for some or all of the costs involved with repairing or replacing those parts within a certain time frame.

Modern vehicles contain thousands of complex moving components. When something goes wrong, it can result in escalating repair bills. A Vehicle  warranty could save you thousands of pounds in repair costs.

How many claims can you make?
You can make unlimited claims with each one up to your chosen claim limit, up to the value of your vehicle at the time of claim. All claims include the cost of parts, labour and VAT.

What does the Evolution Warranty include?
Your Evolution Warranty covers you for a huge range of parts and the labour times involved to repair or replace them.

Our Ultimate and Advanced Warranties cover over 6,000 mechanical, electrical and electronic components including many that are normally excluded by other warranty companies. Our Essential cover has  a range of listed items and is designed with the older or higher mileage vehicle in mind.

What levels of cover are there?
There are 3 different levels of cover available.

Essential: Protection against listed components.
Advanced: Almost all mechanical and electrical items. Plus key fobs up to £200 and in-car entertainment (including Sat Nav) up to £500.
Ultimate: Almost all mechanical and electrical items. Plus wear and tear up to 85,000 miles, diagnosis, oil seals, DPF or catalytic converter, key fobs up to £200, unlimited cover for in-car entertainment (including Sat Nav).

Taking out an Evo Warranty covers:
If the failed part is covered, the warranty will pay out for the costs of parts, labour and VAT for repairing or replacing it, up to your selected claim limit.

Where can I see the full info?
All of our warranties come with standard breakdown with our Ultimate Policy coming with an enhanced level of protection including Home Start, Roadside Assistance and Onward Travel.

Does the warranty include Rescue & Recovery?

Does the garage I choose for the repair have to be VAT Registered?
No, the garage does not have to be VAT Registered, however they must be able to give some form of guarantee on work carried out.

What’s not covered?
Finding a warranty to cover every eventuality can be costly, so there are some important exclusions in
ours. These include but are not limited to accident damage, batteries, bodywork, serviceable or ancillary
items, driver abuse or negligence.
